Green Home Center
A contemporary custom home designed around light, landscape, and everyday living. Casa Lume combines quiet architectural forms with warm natural materials, creating a private family residence that feels deeply connected to its surroundings.

Project story
Casa Lume is a custom residence conceived as a calm retreat within a wooded landscape. The project was driven by a simple idea: create a home that feels open and connected to nature without compromising privacy or comfort.
The house is organized around a central living space that acts as the heart of the home. Large openings bring daylight deep into the interior while carefully positioned walls and volumes frame views of the surrounding garden. Rather than treating the landscape as a backdrop, the architecture creates a continuous relationship between inside and outside.
Natural stone, timber, and textured plaster were selected to give the interiors a warm, tactile character. The material palette remains deliberately restrained, allowing changes in daylight, vegetation, and season to become part of the atmosphere of the home.
The private areas are positioned away from the main arrival sequence, creating a quieter sense of separation between family spaces and more social areas. Bedrooms open toward secluded portions of the garden, while the kitchen, dining, and living spaces form a more generous zone for gathering.
Throughout the project, functionality was treated as an integral part of the architectural expression. Storage, circulation, lighting, and built-in elements were carefully incorporated into the design rather than added afterwards.
The result is a home that balances openness with intimacy and contemporary architecture with a sense of permanence. Casa Lume is designed not simply as a collection of rooms, but as a framework for everyday life—one that changes with the light, the landscape, and the people who inhabit it.
